In Thailand, police found nearly 3,000 rage animals, says the Associated Press.
The Customs officers in Thailand found "2,721 monitor lizards, 717 turtles, 44 civets and 20 snakes."
That's a whole lot of animals to find by police. They are saying that it is the biggest raid in the country.
Animal Trafficking is a big black market. All these animals that are being smuggled are being taken out of the homes and people are either keeping them as pets or using as medicine. I hope that we can all learn about the dangers of this trade and help protect the animals.
